Proper lush, this one 👌 Nose is all stewed orchard fruits and a whisper of peat reek, like a bonfire on a drizzly day. 🍎🔥 First sip, mate… silky, with a wee dram of butterscotch and a kiss of sea salt. Then it wamrs ya—gentle spice, a bit of black pepper and clove, leaves yer tongue tinglin ever so nicely. ✨ Finish? It just hangs aboot, long and cosy, with a drift of heather honey and a wisp of smooky ember. Definately one to savour slow. Slàinte! 🥃

Warm and a bit sweet, with a cosy spice that hangs about nicely. I get soft fruit, a touch of vanilla, and a wee bit of oak. Quite easy to sip after dinner 🥃✨

Quite warming and easy-going 🥃 I get a bit of vanilla, soft spice, some dried fruit and a wee touch of oak. Finishes cosy, slightly sweet, with a gentle peppery kick. Nice sipper for a quiet evening.

Alright, so the palate on this one's a bit of a mystery. Starts with a quick hit of sweet caramel and vanilla. 🍯 Then there's this wee smoky note, not a campfire, more like distant woodsmoke. And a touch of spice, maybe cinnamon? 🌶️ Finish is warm, lingers with a hint of orchard fruit. Smooth enough, doesn't fight you. Not bad at all.

Just had a sip... the aroma hits first, like walking into a bakery. 🍞 Lots of honney and baked apple, very warming. On the tounge it's quite rich, almost creamy. There's a lovely bit of spice that comes through, cinnamon I think? And some dried fruit, maybe figs. The finish is long and warm, leaving a soft, vanilla-like sweetness. Really comforting stuff, perfect for a chilly evening. 😊
