Right, so this one’s got a proper wee kick tae it 🥃 Nose: like sniffin’ a bonfire mixin’ with some honey oat biscuits. A bit o’ orange peel and wet wool in there tae. Palate: first it’s all smooth and creamy, then BANG – spicy! Like cinnamon sticks and burnt sugar. There’s a background taste of autumn leaves and damp earth, ken? Finish: long an’ warm, wi’ a gentle peatiness that clings on like a good story. A wee bit of black tea an’ wood smoke right at the end 👍 Perfect for a rainy night by the fire, init? Just feels like comfort in a glass 😊
