(heh, smelling this one...) Apple jumps out first, kinda baked apple with a hint of cinnamon? Then vanilla and oak, maybe some light smoke in the background. Taste-wise – it's smooth, sweet toffee at the start, then turns into a gentle spicy warmth. Pretty easy sipper, tbh. Finale's medium-length, with that apple note coming back + a bit of nuttiness. Not bad at all! 🍎🥃

Right, poured a bit of this earlier. 🥃 Nose is proper nice, hint of smoke and maybe some dried fruit? Like raisins. Palate warms you up straight away. Sweet at first, then a bit of spice kicks in. It's actualy quite smooth. Finish is longish. Proper lovely stuff for a rainy evening. 🌧️ Might be the oak talking but who cares when it tastes this good. Cheers! 🍻
