Gotta say, this one's proper nice 👌 Nose is giving me loads of honey and a bit of vanilla, maybe some dried fruit in there too?? Dunno why but I'm getting like, toffee apple vibes 🍎 On the palate it's dead smooth, bit of spice but not too much. There's definitley some smoke in the background but it's not like, overwhelming. More of a gentle peat thing going on. Finish is warm and lingers nicely, getting some dark chocolate at the end which I wasn't expecting 🍫 Honestly it's quite moreish. Would pair brillantly with a bit of cheese on a cold evening I reckon. Not too expensive either which is always a bonus innit 😄

Alright, so this one's got a real interesting nose – a bit of smoky peat mixed with some honey and vanilla, maybe a touch of dried fruit. 🍯 On the palate, it's quite smooth with a nice warmth, kinda like a cozy fireplace vibe. A hint of spice comes through, maybe some cinnamon or nutmeg. 😊 The finish is medium-length, leaves you with a pleasant warmth and a subtle sweetness. Quite moreish, I'd say! 🥃 Tastes a bit like autumn in a glass, you know? 🍂

Just cracked this one open... the smell's proper interesting 🤔. First whiff, got some fruity thing going on... maybe apple or pear? Then there's this sweet bit, like honey or caramel, kinda warming. Taste-wise, it's a bit complex init. Starts off with a kind of spiciness - not hot, more like cinnamon or nutmeg. Then there's a woody thing comes through, maybe oak? And underneath, a sort of malty sweetness. Finish is long, that woody note hangs about. Bit of a dry feel at the end. Not bad at all! 🥃 Wouldn't say no to another glass, that's for sure. Might pair nice with a bit of dark chocolate later. 😅

Just had a wee dram, really rather lovely. Tastes of 🔥 smoked wood, a bit like a bonfire night but gentle. Honey and some spice, maybe cinnamon? Finish is warming, a real hug in a glass. 👍 A touch of orange peel? Hard to say, but nice! Not too heavy, good for a quiet evening. Really quite moreish, might have another. 😉
