Right, so this one's proper lovely! 🥃 First hit's all honey and vanilla, like walking past a bakery on a Sunday morning. Get a slite bit of oak there too, reminds me of me dad's old workshop. Mid-palate? Oh, loads of stewed fruit - apples and pears, maybe? With a bit of cinnamon sprinkle. The mouthfeel is all creamy and smooth, no harsh edges at all. Finish hangs about nicely, warming but not burning. Hints of toasted nuts coming through now, and a wee touch of dark chocolate right at the end. Cracking stuff for a cozy evening innit. 🍂
