Golden and quite punchy at first 😄 I get vanilla, maple syrup and a bit of honey, then it turns grassy and minty. There’s a strong black tea dryness, with oaky, sawdusty bits and some bitter herbs. A wee flash of pear and quince keeps it lively, but the oak does feel a touch too drying for me. Nice two-sided dram.

Warm and a bit spicy, with a wee touch of honey and oak. Feels cosy, like a rainy evening by the fire 🥃 Finish is soft but hangs about nicely.

Warm and cosy dram 🥃 Bit of honey, dried fruit and soft spice, with a gentle oaky feel. Goes down easy, nice wee glow after. Quite comforting on a chilly evening.
