Got a wee dram here. Nose is wiff of heather honey, dried pear, and a sea breeze carrying just a trace of bonfire smoke 🌊🔥 First sip—blimey. Toffy and citrus zing, then a pepper kick, a bit of nutmeg maybe? Feels warm like a wooly jumper 🍯🍊 Finissh is drying, oak shows up with a salty tang and a whisper of peat. Proper sessionable, that. Would deffo pour another. 🥃 *savoury* autumnal vibe, makes me think of a drizzly walk by the coast.
