Right, so this dram… first sniff n ya get a big waft of peat reek 🌫️, like a damp bonfire by the sea. Then a wee bit of sweetness creeps in – toffee, maybe some vanilla fudge 🍮. On the… y’know, when you taste it 🤣, it’s proper oily, coastal brine wi’ a squirt of lemon zest 🍋. Mellows out into some stewed orchard fruits, a dustin’ of cinnamon. The finish just hangs about for ages, gentle peppery tingle and a drift of smouldering oak. Cracking stuff. Slàinte! 🥃

A bit o' smoke upfront, like a bonfire in the distance. Then comes some sweet vanilla and honey, right proper smooth. Gets a bit woody, aye? Like oak barrels. Finishes warm, maybe a touch of spice. Bloody hell, nice after a long day. 🥃
