Quite cosy, honestly 🥃 A bit of honey and dried fruit, then some gentle spice and oak. Feels warm, slightly smoky, with a soft sweet finish. Nice for a slow evening.

Right, here goes… Proper comfy dram, this. Nose is all stewed apples n a whiff of toffee, maybe a whisper of dried herbs at the back? First sip’s dead gentle—bit of honey, soft spice, then this wee flicker of oak char that just *sits* there. Not shouty at all. Palate warms up with that malty biscuit note, like digestives dipped in tea, then a tiny prickle of ginger and a flutter of orange peel 🍊 Finish is surprisinly long … bit creamy, touch of vanilla, and that faint, almost salty echo of woodsmoke right at the tail. No peat monster, just a cosy, almost nutty fade. Feels like an old jumper in a glass, tbh. ✨ Wouldn’t mind another pour, y’know?

Ooh, just had a sip 🥃 right, first thing is this lovely wave of vanilla and caramel on the nose, maybe a tiny bit smoky? Taste-wise, it’s quite smooth – get some apple and honey upfront, then it sort of opens up with a bit of oak and a warm, peppery spice. Quite chewy, in a good way. The finish is long and warming, fading into something like dark chocolate and a hint of orange zest. Really enjoyable neat, no ice needed for me. My favrite kind of dram for a quiet evening. 🍯🍎🔥

First sips: honey and vanilla sweetness hits ya 🍯 so smooth, like silk on the tongue. Got a hint of smoke in there, subtle but nice, like distant bonfires 🔥 Finish is long and warm, with chocolate and maybe some plums or berries? 🍫 Luvly stuff, really! 😋 ( Typo: "sips" could be "sipps" but all good 😅)

Tried this one last weekend. Reminded me a bit of walking through an autumn orchard, you know? Gettin' that apple peel and pear vibe first off. 🍂 Then it sort of opens up. There's a gentle spicy note, maybe some cinnamon or nutmeg? And a touch of honey right at the end, lingers nicely. Not too harsh, nice and smooth finish. Good for a quiet evening. 👍 Felt a tiny bit of warmth, but not burnin' at all. Pretty well balanced, I'd say. Might get another bottle.
