Proper coastal dram 🌊 Big straight peat smoke, salty seawater and tarry ropes, with a bit of earthy dirt and dry straw. Then lemons and a slick lemony olive oil thing come through. Briney, smoky, and it hangs around quite long.

Warm and mellow, with a bit of honeyed sweetness, oak, and a wee citrus lift. Feels cosy rather than showy — soft spice on the finish, quite easy to sip by the fire 🥃✨

Oooh this one's got proper depth init 🥃 Nose is like... warm vanilla custard mixed with a bit of honey. Get some dark chocolate notes too, quite rich like. Palate - oaky and smooth, touches of sherry sweetness coming through. Bit of spice at the back, maybe some dried fruit. Getting that classic peaty warmth without being too heavy 👌 Finish is long and mellow, leaves ye with a nice warm glow. Quite balanced overall, not too aggressive Would pair lovely with a bit of dark chocolate or just sippin by the fire on a cold evening 🔥 Solid dram tbh

Aye, got this new dram here... Nose? Like walkin' through an orchard after rain 🌧️ apples, pears, bit of damp earth. Taste - proper malty, some vanilla cream, then this warm spice creeps up 🔥 nutmeg maybe? Finish lingers nice, hint of chocolate and smoke, like a bonfire embers 🪵 Overall? Comforting, like a hug from a friendly tree 🌳 not too punchy, easy sippin'. Only gripe is the % feels a touch low... could do with more oomph 💪
