Oh wow, this one's quite special 🥃 First sip - get loads of dark chocolate and cinnamon, proper warming stuff. Then it sort of mellows out into this lovely honey and vanilla thing, like toffee almost. Bit of smoke at the back but not too heavy, more like a gentle peat. Can definitely taste some dried fruit too, maybe sherry cask? 🤔 Creamy mouthfeel, smooth as anything honestly. Getting some oak and a touch of leather now, quite complex init Finish is long, warming, with a bit of orange peel and spice creeping in. Really nice stuff, dangerously drinkable 👀 Would happily have another dram of this on a cold evening like
