Bit of bitter orange zest up front, all grassy and herby 🌿 Feels old-school Highland, with gravelly minerals, wormwood, and a wee polish note. Those oranges really sing, then it goes dry, long, and slightly green. No water needed for me — it’s smashing as it is 🥃
