Aye, this yin's got a reet gentle waft, like honey on warm toast wi' a whisper of sea spray. 🍯🌊 First sip's a slow hug—stewed apples, a crackle of black pepper, then this drift of bonfire smoke that clings soft. Feels like an old leather armchair by the fire. 🔥🪵 The finish? Ooft. A wee prickle of oaky spice, then it mellows to butterscotch and a salty tang that lingers for ages. Proper cosy stuff. Leaves ye wantin' another, nae bother. Slàinte! 🥃

Right, so this one's got proper lovely apple and honey notes innit 🍯 Bit of smoke on the nose, not too aggressive though. Getting some vanilla and caramel comin through — quite creamy actually 😋 The palate's got this nice citrus zing, maybe a touch of spice? Deffo some fruitiness in there. Oaky undertones, like proper woody depth. Finish is warm and lingerin, slight peaty earthiness 🥃 Honestly quite moreish, could easily have another dram. Goes down a treat on a cold evenin, that's for sure 👌
