Proper seaside dram this 🌊 Wet sand, sea breeze, a bit of lemony salt, then loads of green fruit — banana, melon, papaya, that sort of thing. Feels old-school and a wee bit dusty, like a shed by the coast, but still fresh and lively. Lovely mineral edge, gently drying, with a soft herbal tingle at the end. Quite charming, honestly.

Quite mellow, with a wee bit of sweetness and spice. I get soft oak, dried fruit, maybe a touch of honey 🍯 Warms up nicely, not too shouty — proper cosy dram.
