Oh right, just had a dram of that new stuff. Nose gets hit with vanilla and a bit of damp oak, sort of thing 🪵 Taste-wise, it's a smooth wee blend - got that honey-and-apple thing going on, but not too sweet. A bit of a dry finish though, almost like unsalted crackers 🥨 Aye, not bad at all for a quiet evening. Leaves you wanting another sip 👀
