Gotta say, the colour is lovely – deep amber, kinda like autumn leaves. Gives a proper thick coat on the glass too. On the nose, I'm gettin' a big hit of honey an' vanilla first off. Then there’s some dried fruit, like raisins, and a bit of toffee. Maybe a hint of orange peel? First sip is smooth, really smooth. Creamy mouthfeel, like melted butter. The sweetness comes through – more honey, some caramel, maybe a bit of apple? Then the warmth builds, just a gentle spice at the back. A bit of woodiness, like old oak. Finish is long, with a bit of smoke that lingers. Not aggressive, just… there. It’s a proper winter warmer, this one. 🥃✨
