Aye, just had a sip... got that familiar warm hug right at the back of the throat. Quite savoury, a bit like smoked cheese rind, maybe? 🧀 Then it shifts, becomes all... honeyed and soft. Not overly sweet, mind. More like the memory of baked apples left on a windowsill. 🍯 Ooh, there's a sharp little kick there! Peppery? Or is it just the burn? Hard to tell sometimes. Makes you sit up straighter. 😅 The finish is long, a bit drying, with this lingering taste of... old wood and a hint of something floral. Like sniffing an old oak box that had dried lavender in it years ago. Quite lovely, really. 🌳✨ A proper grown-up dram, that. Makes you want to just sit quietly for a moment. Cheers. 🥃
