Had a wee dram just now. 🥃 Nose is all orchard fruits, like overripe pears and a whiff of honeysuckle. Then this wave of heather honey and vanilla fudge sweeps in... nearly got lost in the glass. First taste? Proper silky. There’s a warm malty core with a tickle of cinnamon and a tiny curl of oak smoke. Not a peat monster, just a ghost of a bonfire on a damp evening. 😌 Finish lingers on dried apricot and a pinch of nutmeg. Aye, right cosy sipper this one. Makes me want a wool blanket and a good book.

Quite cosy dram, really. Bit of smoke, warm spice, and a sweet vanilla feel 😊 Goes down smooth, with a wee peppery tingle and a soft fruity finish. Nice for a chilly evening.

The whisky’s got this lovely warmth to it, with a bit of spice that’s like cinnamon or clove. Hints of dried fruit—maybe apricot—and a gentle smokiness, not too strong. There’s also a creamy vanilla note that blends into a subtle leathery finish. Quite smooth overall, with a touch of cocoa coming through at the end. A real winter warmer, that’s for sure. 👍

Right then, cracking whisky this one! 👍 Nose: First thing ya get is this lovely sweet caramel, proper butterscotch vibes. Then a bit of apple and pear comes through, like a fruit stall. Just a hint of that classic vanilla oak in the background. Palate: Oh, that's smooth. Really coats the mouth. Miles of honey and some stewed plums, init? A touch of warm cinnamon spice pops up after, not too much, just nice. Finish: Goes on for ages. Get a bit of that dark chocolate and a faint woody, almost tobacco leaf thing. Warms you right up. 🥃 Proper easy drinking, that is. Not complicated but has plenty goin' on.

Right, so this dram has got some proper spicy notes on the nose – a bit like cinnamon and citrus 🍋. On the tongue, it's rich and smooth, with hints of vanilla and oak. There's a touch of peat smoke that comes through, but it's not overpowering. Finish is long and warm, leaves a nice tingle. Really quaffable! 👍 whisky lover vibes, innit?
