Right then, first sniff out the glass... stewed apples, a wiff of honey, maybe a bit of vanilla sponge 🍯🍏. Sip’s proper soft like, velvety, then this gentle warmth kicks in. Mid-palate it gets a wee bit spicy—nutmeg or cinnamon—but nothin shouty 🌿. The finish... ah crackers, it lingers for ages that one. woody, smidge of dried fruit, zero burn. Just a cosy wee glow. Would happily sit with this all evenin 🥃.
