Alright so gave this one a go last night... 🥃 First sip, immediate hit of ripe pear and green apple 🍐 crisp like, really refreshing. Then it gets all warm and caramelly, bit of vanilla creeping in too. Oaky finish, not too strong mind. Slight smokiness in the background, quite pleasant actually 👌 Got a honey sweetness about it that lingers. Smooth as anything init. Would defo have another glass of this one again 🙌

Well, on the nose, I get a bit of smokiness 🔥 and some fruity notes, maybe apples or pears. The palate is smooth with hints of vanilla and honey 🍯, a touch of oakiness. Finish lingers with a gentle spice. Quite enjoyable for a wee dram! 😊
