Right, so this dram’s a proper cosy beastie. Nose on it: stewed orchard fruits, a bit of cinnamun warmth, and this gentle waft of seaside bonfire 🍎🔥🌊 Palate’s dead silky, innit. Honey’d nuts, a wee touch of toasted vanilla, then comes a wave of soft peaty earth—not a punch, more a smouldering heather fire. There’s a wisp of dried apricot and some dark demerara sugar lurking too 🍯✨ Finish hangs about wiv a lovely salted caramel and that lingering, lazy smoke, just enough to make yer think of a windy beach walk. Proper cracking stuff, goes down a treat 🥃👌
