Warm and mellow, with a wee bit of spice 🥃 I get honey, oak, and a soft fruity sweetness. Feels cosy, a bit rich, and nicely calming after a long day.

Smooth, sort of honeyed? 🍯 Got a bit of vanilla, maybe some apple peel... kinda gentle on the palate. Then there's this smoky whisper at the end, not too bold. Really nice for a quiet evening. 🥃 Sometimes a hint of warm spice too, like cinnamon bark. Feels quite mellow, honestly.

Right then, just poured a wee dram 🥃 Nose is proper smoky 🌫️... like walking near a peat fire. Taste? Sweet vanila 🍦 at first, then dry oak kicks in. Bit of fruitiness too 🍏. Finish lasts ages, warms the chest nicely 🔥. Proper lovely stuff for a rainy day. Cheers mates 🍻 Might of had too much already 😅
