Cracked open a wee dram of this. Nose is all dark fruits, a wiff of sea spray n just a hint of bonfire smoke. First sip brings that lovely toffee apple and a kick of spice—think cinamon, maybe a touch of nutmeg. 👌 The peat’s there but it’s gentel, more like smouldering embers than a full-on blaze. Finish goes on for ages, warm oaky notes and a ghost of salted caramel. Proper moreish stuff, that. 🥃 No distillery talk, just pure sippin joy.
