Bit of worn leather an' a whisper of heather honey drifting aboot. First sip? Soft as ye like. Everything sorta *unfolds* slow. That rich fruity cakiness rolls through, then this lovely gentle warmth builds – no a burn, more like a glow. Touch of oily walnuts and demerara sugar, wi' a flicker of clove right at the edge. Finish is medium long, kinda chewy, leaving yer mouth feeling coated. That spice just clings tae yer tongue, then fades into a soft oaky whisper and the faintest memory of sea salt 🍂✨. Defo one tae sit wi' – a proper fireplace dram.
