Right so had a wee dram of this one last night 🥃 Nose: got vanilla, a bit of toffee, maybe some orchard fruit? Quite inviting reallly Palate: smooth, hints of smoke and malt, bit of caramel sweetness. A wee touch of oak in there too. Finish: medium length, slight peppery kick, the smoke lingers nicely 🌿 Ovrall quite pleasant, goes down easy on a cold evening. Would pair nicely with a square of dark chocolate. Decent stuff init 👌

Ooh this one's proper complex! 🔥 Big smoky kick right up front, like a bonfire on a chilly November night. Then... ah, there's some lovely sweet stuff, like apple crumble with a drizzle of honey 🍎🍯. Actually getting a bit of nuttiness too, maybe almond or something? And just a whisper of dark chocolate 🍫 in the back. It's got a good weight to it, not too thin. Finish is long and warm. Defo one to sip and savour. 👍 A really nice experiance.

Ah, this one’s a proper treat! 🥃 First hit’s a bit of sweet, lyke honey and vanilla – really quite pleasant. Then the smoke comes in, defintely peaty, a bit like a campfire on the coast. There’s a lovely warm spice at the end, maybe cinnamon? Really coats the tongue. 👌 Tastes strong but smoth. Like an old friend. Bottoms up! 🔥

Mmm that nose... honey and vanilla jumping out, with a bit of wet stone. 🤔 Palate's got more of that sweetness - caramel, baked apples? Then comes a soft, smoky hug. Like sitting by a peat fire on a damp day. Finish is medium, lingers with a gentle warmth and a hint of dried fruit. Very sippable, indeed. 👍

Right, had a wee dram tonight. 🥃 Smells like autumn leaves and burnt sugar🍂. Proper warming going down, you know? Taste is rich, abit smoky but not overpowering. Makes me feel cosy on this rainy eve🌧️. Definatly one to savour slowly. Cheers! 🍻
