*nose* lovely. quite peaty an' smoky at first, like a bonfire out on the moor. then underneath, some honey an' a bit of dried fruit, maybe figs? hint of vanilla too. *p palate* nice mouthfeel. the smoke is there, but it's sweeter now. get that honey again, some stewed apples an' a little spice, cinnamon maybe. quite comforting, like a blanket. *finish* long. the smoke lingers, but so does this malty sweetness. a little bit of oak comes through at the very end. v. pleasant. makes me wanna sit in a leather armchair by the window. ☕️
