Bit of peat smoke straight away, then honey, citrus peel and a wee touch of oak. Feels warm, cosy, and slightly spicy on the finish 🥃 Quite easy to sip, with a nice lingering sweetness.

Quite cosy on the nose — a bit of honey, oak and soft spice. Tastes warm and rounded, with a wee smoky edge and a sweet finish 🥃 Easy to sip, especially on a chilly evening.

So, this whiskey's got a real smoky kick to it, like a campfire on a damp evening. 🥃 I’m getting hints of oak and a bit of vanilla, sort of sweet and woody. There’s a touch of fruitiness too, maybe apple or pear, and a spicy finish that warms you right up. Lovely for sipping after a long day. 😊 Sometimes the oak comes through more, but it’s all nice and balanced. Oh, and there’s a bit of caramel that sneaks in, making it a bit like toffee. Definitely a keeper, that one. 👍

Proper dram, this one. Nose hits you with sticky toffee, dried apricots, a whiff of old leather armchair 👃🍯 Palate’s rich—spiced oak, dark choc, just a whisper of seaside bonfire embers 🔥🌊 Finish is long, warming, bit of walnut and a salty tang that keeps you sippin’ Definately a cosy fireside pour, no question 🥃
