Nose is proper lush — honey, vanilla, dried fruit all mixed together 🍯 First sip hits with butterscotch and a bit of dark chocolate, then there's this lovely warming spice that just... blooms. Ginger maybe? Black pepper at the back. Mouthfeel is thick, almost chewy. Really coats the tongue 👅 The finish hangs about for ages — smoky, malty, bit of oak coming through. Keeps evolving init. Honestly could nose this all day, it's that good. Heather and floral notes come out when it opens up 🌸 Not too peaty, not too sweet — just proper balanced like. Perfect for a cold evening by the fire 🔥 Would defs have another dram of this, no question
