Well, you know, that first sip... it's kind of a shock to the system. 😯 There's this big, heavy, peat-smoke thing going on right away. Like a damp bonfire, but in a good way. Then underneath, you get this surprising sweetness... a bit of dark chocolate, maybe some stewed fruit? It's all quite thick and chewy in the mouth. Honestly, it changes so much! Just when you think you've got it, a new flavour pops up. A bit of spice, a bit of citrus rind... it's a proper journey. 🥃 Not for everyone, I reckon, but if you're in the mood for something big and complex, it's dead interesting.
