👃 Nose: sweet vanila pod, honey'd heather, a wee bit of citrus and a gentle peaty whiff. 👅 Palatte: tofee, caramal, dried fruits, ginger spice, with a malty backbone. ✨ Finish: long, warm, salty brine and woody notes. Proper dram. 👌
