Ach, this one's a bit o' a journey, innit? Nose: 🍯 Lots o' honey right off, then a lovely bit o' apple crumble and a whiff of bonfire smoke. Dead nice. Palate: 🤤 Really creamy, like. A nice kick o' spice, maybe cinnamon? Then get that green apple tartness comin' through, with some vanilla and a bit o' nutmeg. It's a proper wintry dram. Finish: 🌿 Quite long and warm, leaves you with a dried fruit, maybe raisin, sorta taste. A bit of woodiness there too. Very moresome. Overall: A gret after-dinner drink, this. Really moreish. 👍
