Right, had a dram last nite... quite intresting! 🤔 Furst sip was a bit sharp, not gonna lie. But then it mellowed out. Got this lovely honey sweetness, kinda like butterscotch 🍯. A little bit of vanilla and some oak there too. Felt really smooth on the tongue, easy to drink. Finish was nice and warm, with a faint whisper of smoke? Or was it peat? Hard to tell sometimes. 👍 Overall, a proper good sipper for a rainy evening. Would defo have again. Cheers! 🥃
