Really nice dram, this. 🥃 Ginger warmth, bitter orange, a bit of pepper, then honey sauce, raisins and chocolate. Quite sherried, slightly leathery, with a fresh blood-orange lift. Long finish too — very much my sort of thing.

Warm and cosy, with a soft caramel sweetness and a bit of oak. I get some dried fruit, gentle spice, and a wee smoky edge 🥃 Nice mellow finish — quite easy to sip, honestly.
