Just had a sip and... wow. 😅 Nose: gets you right away - sweet honey, maybe a bit of toffee, then this lovely warm scent like baked bread or a yeasty pudding. There’s a hint of something nutty too, like toasted almonds. 🍯🌰 Palate: oh, that’s smooth! Silky, really. First taste is like caramel and stewed apples, then it opens up to some gentle spice - think cinnamon or a touch of clove. Feels quite rich and full in the mouth. Finish: lingers beautifully. A pleasant warmth spreads, with a final note of dried fruit and a slight, pleasant bitterness, maybe dark chocolate. It’s not harsh at all - just a nice, cozy glow. Overall, it’s a proper winter dram. Comforting and complex without being overwhelming. 👌
