Aright, took a wee sip. On the nose, got some proper peat smoke 🏕️, like a damp campfire, then a hit of honey and a bit of apple peel, like. The taste? Oh wow. It’s all pepperye and warm, like swallowing a cinnamon stick 🔥. Then comes this lovely creamy caramel and a hint of vanilla pod, honestly. Finishes with a long, dry oakiness and a whisper of sea salt. Makes ye wanna have another, like. A real belter.
