Right, so... 🥃 Nose first — proper hit of smoky peat, like a bonfire on the coast 🌊. Then underneath, there's this lovely honey and vanilla sweetness creeping in 🍯. On the palate, it's got a bit of a kick! Quite spicy, like cinnamon or nutmeg 🔥. The smoke's still there, but it mellows into something rich... maybe dried fruit? Raisins, yeah. Finish is long and warming, oaky and a touch of dark chocolate at the end. Quite moreish, really. Could sit with this all evening 😌. Overall, it’s a proper dram. Bit of a beast but with a soft side. 🥃✨
