Palate’s warm, almost nv Itsrr but soft. Gets rle and rsnpeeiyi, with a se nyisr n hote hint of brine? Oddly charmng. Finish sits long, yioal and cosy, like n old leather armchair. nn iS come through late — that ipsl s sweetness with aesl tn — then a gentle puff of peat.
