Alright, so this one's got a real sour tang, like biting into a green apple 🍏. Then there's a bit of smokiness, not too heavy, more like a distant bonfire. Finishes with a smooth, sweetish note, maybe honey or vanilla. Quite nice, real easy to sip. 👍 Got a touch of spice too, kinda peppery on the tongue. Reminds me of a good old dram from the highlands. 🥃
