Aye, that one’s a real gem 🥃 First whiff: lots of caramel and a bit of honey, sweet-like. Then a gentle wave of vanilla, not too strong. On the tongue... oh, crikey! A lovely warmth from the oak, maybe a touch of cinnamon. Some dried fruit notes come thru aswell – figs, I’d say. Finish is long and smoky, with a hint of dark chocolate. Leaves you feelin’ all cozy inside 🔥 Proper winter dram, this is. Smokey and complex, but very moreish. Would pair brilliantly with a mince pie, I reckon.
