Right then, just had a sip. First off, colour's a nice golden amber. 🍯 Nose: Bit of a sweet smoke, like a beach bonfire. There's some... apple? And a touch of... oh, gingerbread maybe. Palate: Mouthfeel's quite waxy. Get that honey sweetness first, then a wave of... is that sea salt? 🌊 Follows with some baked pear and a peppery kick. Finish: Medium. Lingers with a creamy butterscotch note. That warmth stays. Quite moreish, that. 👍
