Right, just had a proper dram of that one. First sip – a real punch of honey and baked apple, but then this lovely waft of smoke comes in. Almost like a distant bonfire on the moors, you know? It's got a lovely, syrupy feel in the mouth. Then there's this… spice? Cinnamon, maybe, with a bit of dark chocolate rounding it out. 🤎 Finish is long, warming. Leaves a bit of woody sweetness and that smoky note just hangs about. Goes down a treat, that does. 🥃 Proper comforting, like a favourite old jumper. 👍
