Right then, cracking dram this one. Nose is pure honeycomb and orchard fruits—pears, a bit of stewed apple 🍎, maybe a whisper of citrus zest. Palate’s lovely and oily, coats the mouth proper. Toffee, barley sugar, a wee kick of pepper 🌶️ and cinnamon warmth. Touch of dried fruit in there too, like sultanas. Finish is medum-long, oaky but not dryin, with a gentle spice that lingers. Almost a hint of seasalt? 🌊 Cracking balance. Sláinte 🥃

Warm and cosy, with a bit of sweet spice, toasted oak and a soft fruity lift. Feels smooth enough, then a wee peppery tingle hangs about. Nice for a quiet evening 🥃✨
