Quite a quirky dram, this one. 🍏 I get sweet malt, apple peel, lemony bits and a sort of sourdough bread thing. There’s a beer-ish, gueuze-like tang too, with a wee mineral, chalky feel. Bit earthy underneath — beets, wet cement, even raw wool. Sounds odd, but it works in a rustic way. Finish is medium, grassy, slightly sweet and dry. Not flashy, more austere and curious.

Warm and cosy dram 🥃 I get soft honey, a bit of oak, dried fruit and a wee spicy tingle. Feels smooth, mellow, and quite comforting on a chilly evening.

Ah right, another lovely dram! 🥃 The nose is proper wee belter – think warm honeycomb straight from the hive, aye, and a hint of that bonfire smoke driftin' in on a crisp autumn night. On the palate? Oh, it’s like a hug in a glass, that. Creamy toffee, maybe a bit of stewed apple, and a gentle tickle of spice at the back. Dead smooth, mind. Finish is lang and warm, wi' a whisper of dark chocolate and oak. Gets better wi' every sip, so it does. Proper cozy, that’s the word. No frills, just honest warmth. 🍂

Right, so this one's proper lovely innit 🥃 First whiff - loads of vanilla and toffee, maybe a bit of burnt sugar? Like creme brulee or summit. Taste-wise, getting some nice honey and a bit of spice. Little bit of oakiness there too. Quite smooth actually, not harsh at all 👌 Finish is warm and long, got some dark chocolate notes comin thru. Maybe a hint of dried fruit, like raisins or dates? Oh and there's definitley some citrus in there - orange peel maybe? Balances out the sweetness nicely Proper winter warmer this one, would be cracking by the fire 🔥

Crackin' drop, that. Like sittin' by a bonfire, warmt wrap round ya. Nose is all treacle an' a wee puff o' peat, then it slides down with a cosy, almost creamy spice. Leaves ya smilin' like a Cheshire cat 😊🥃✨
