# 🥃 Tasting Notes right so... nose is kinda **"elegant"** isn't it light honey an' toasted oak, a wee bit of **smoky** heather comin thru 🌿 on the palate... oof. **creamy**, got this **dried fruit** thing goin on, figs maybe? hints of **spice** - cinnamon an' a touch of clove 🔥 theres like a **waxy** quality, almost **buttery**? paired w/ some **caramel** an' **toffee** notes that just linger finish is **long**, proper **malty** w/ a bit of **peat** smokiness, not too heavy like, just... **smooth** an' **elegant** rly 🫠 gettin some **citrus** peel in there too, like **orange** zest overall its... **rich**, **complex**, kinda **delicate** but still got **depth** innit 👌 **wotsit** aged in sherry casks maybe?? gettin that **dried fruit** character summat fierce honest proper **lovely** pour this one 💛 *dram* rating: 🥃🥃🥃🥃 out of 5
