Hmm, so had a dram of this one last night... 🥃 First sip - got this lovely warm honey thing going on, like proper golden honeycomb. Then theres a bit of apple and pear coming through, very fresh innit. As it opens up, started picking up some cinnamon and vanilla notes, really smooth and creamy. Almost like a toffee apple on bonfire night 🔥 Middle bit gets a bit more complex - some dried fruit, maybe a touch of dark chocolate? Theres a slight nuttiness too, walnuts perhaps. Really moreish stuff. The finish is quite long actually, got this gentle smokiness that just lingers. Not too peaty, just enough to keep ya interested. A hint of orange peel comes back at the end, very pleasant indeed 👌 Overall its a proper balanced drop, smooth as you like. Would happily have another one after dinner with a bit of cheese. Very warming for these cold evenings we've been having lately. Solid 7/10 from me, cheers! 🍻
