Dark gold in the glass ✨ Salty brine, cracked pepper, walnut liqueur and a bit of tobacco. Feels like an old humidor and leather saddle, with bitter orange and mustard sneaking in. Not very sweet, quite savoury — almost glutamate-y. Long, salty aftertaste that hangs about nicely. 🥃
