Right, so this one's a bit of a curious dram.
Nose is quite... hmm, let's see. Got some citrus peel, maybe orange? And then a sort of warm, toasty thing, like fresh-baked bread crust. 🍞
On the palate, it's quite smooth, not too sharp. There's a sweetness there, like honey or maybe some dried fruit, but then it gets a bit spicy, like white pepper or something. Quite nice.
Finish is medium-length, a little bit of oakiness comes through. 🥃
Overall, it's a decent wee whisky, I'd say. Not too challenging, just a pleasant sipper.
