Okay, just tried a new one. Quite the puzzle, that flavour. First sip... hmm, a bit of a prickly thing on the tongue 👅. Not bad, just... lively. Then, a sort of deep, warming thing comes through, almost like a bonfire 🔥 smell you can taste. Strange, but nice. Bit of a sharp note after, maybe like green apple skins? 🍏 Then it all sort of mellows out. Leaves a long, woody sort of feeling. It's a proper character, this one. Keeps you guessing. 🤔
