Ahh, that first nosin' 🥃 ... gettin' some lovely sherry sweetness, like, figs 'n' dark chocoalte. A bit o' spice too, maybe cinnamon? Palate's lush, init? Rich toffee 'n' dried fruit, that classic Christmassy vibe. Some oakiness there for sure. Finie's long and warm. A hint of orange peel 'n' a whisper of smoke? Superbly balanced. 💯

There's a subtle sweetness, maybe dried fruits, that lingers softly. Afterwards, you're left with this gentle smokiness, not overpowering, just a nice memory of the flavour. Perfect for a relaxed evening, really. 👌
