Blimey, this one's got a proper smoky kick, like a bonfire in the woods. 😄 Fruity notes of apples and pears, with a bit of spicy warmth. The finish is long and smooth, real cozy for a cold night. Sometimes I get a nutty hint, sort of like toasted almonds. It's quaffable, innit? A right good dram. 🥃

Hmm, found this in me notes - 'bout time I sorted these tastin' scribbles! 🥃 Right, so the nose... there's a bit of a familiar sweetness, like old honey maybe? Sort of mingled with something dry and woody. Quite pleasant, that. 👃 Takin' a sip now... Oh, that's got some body to it! Not too harsh, mind. There's a warmth that spreads, sort of mellow. A bit of a fruity thing... maybe stewed apple? Hard to pin down. A touch of vanilla, I reckon, and somethin' slightly smoky in the background, like distant woodsmoke. 🌲 Finish is medium-length, leavin' a gentle warmth and a hint of that dry wood again. Quite nice, overall. Not too complicated, just easy drinkin' for a evenin'. 👍
